I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making it easy and quick for me to check-in. The rooms were really clean and spacious with a small kitchenette and large bathroom. The hotel was conveniently located close to a variety of nice restaurants, the beach, and shops, making it easy for me to explore the city. Parking was good and transportation was easily accessible. All in all, a great value for money experience.

The hotel provided easy access from the carpark, which was a real plus for my mother who has mobility problems. The room was very spacious and had all the necessary equipment and fittings for a comfortable stay. One of the best aspects of our stay was the beautiful sunset views we enjoyed every evening from the balcony.
There were some noise disturbances during our stay that disrupted our sleep. , there were some issues with parking, as the spots designated for disabled guests were often taken by cars without the proper permits.

Well, the hotel was nicely decorated and had festive Christmas decorations. the beds were clean and comfy, and the room was warm. the location was great as there were some shops and eateries nearby. the hotel also had a nice and cozy bar with good drinks. the staff was really friendly and welcoming which was quite nice.
The hotel's overall condition was poor, with some areas having dust and mold. the carpets were stained and the room had a strong smell of cleaning products mixed with stale cigarette smoke.

We loved the location, it's in a great spot being near Tahunanui beach and a short drive to the city centre. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had great facilities. the views were breathtaking, it was amazing to wake up to such a beautiful scenery.
There was some noise disturbance from other guests who were smoking despite it being a smoke-free accommodation.
